As always with the shirts here’s the meaning behind this one!
This one is a little different than the others and has multiple meanings!
1. Talking about the demons of your past and stuff that holds you back in life.
2. How scary therapy can be. It’s terrifying to be so vulnerable, let alone to a stranger.
3. My actually first therapy session I had after a traumatic event when I was younger and how much I just didn’t like that guy and he kinda scared me away from therapy for a long time. But as I’ve gotten older, learned obviously one therapists actions doesn’t speak for everyone. There are so many get therapist out there that are wonderful at their job and really help people. So as a friendly reminder from someone who has had issues in the past with therapy. Try your best to not let it scare you if you have been considering it.
